The following sections are geared towards Young Adult parishioners. These are Young Ladies and Young Men between the ages of 18 and 32 years old.
These are ideas and activities that are aimed at those who have decided they have left childhood and want an adult approach that matches their interests.
The picture shows some of the Casa Pallotti team of young adults.
The many musical and vocal talents of our young and older people are reaching out to other young people. The contemporary music group features monthly at the 10:30AM Sunday Service, on the fourth Sunday of each month and other times as advertised. They recently performed at Father Pat's 40th Anniversary of Ordination (the 10:30AM Mass on the 25th July 2004 - see images left and below) and also played at the Holy Thursday 7:30PM Mass.
To join the Contemporary Music group as a vocalist or instrumentalist please contact Phillip Eales through the parish office on ' (03) 9802-1042. Rehearsals occur weekly on Tuesday evenings at the church from 8:00PM.
10:30AM Sunday Service every 4th Sunday of the month.
Young Adult Youth Mobilization
Yadym challenges young adults, 18-30 years, to put their faith into action, in the spirit of St Vincent Pallotti. It is a specific application of Vincent Pallotti’s call of all to share in Christ’s mission in the Church.
We offer a programme on the Web called “Conversation Along the Way” into which we would love your ideas.

As a young adult, do you have a Dream which represents and calls forth fidelity to the self that you are becoming? Your Dream can give a new capacity to to set your heart on what you want your life to become, within the context of a question, What shall I do with my life that makes me fully a person, able to contribute meaningfully to society today? Perhaps, though, you want to try out your Dream and look for avenues that are open for you to make a difference.
Through a three week training period, volunteers are formed and empowered in community service.
...more than a job, a calling!
